Rainbow Divers are the longest established and only PADI-National Geographic dive centres, CDC + IDCs around Vietnam. We have been omnipresent throughout the South of the country for 17 years now. Painting on Silk
This has nothing to do with diving.... but.... whilst I am locked on land in Saigon, I can only dream about the underwater world! Or paint it!
